It’s no small feat, changing your career path. With a world full of diverse choices, areas of interest and paid employment opportunities, finding the path that’s right for you can often take years (as well as a little luck).

A little over a month ago, we were delighted to welcome our latest Junior Full Stack Engineer, Grazell Arganda. Grazell had found herself in this same exact position, moving through very skilled vocations, before falling in love with Wed Development. From spending time working within Aviation Management, to teaching English in Hong Kong, Grazell had built a passion for coding and web development projects in her spare time.

She was able to enrol in an intensive 8 month Development course before applying for the role with Firemind.

We recently filmed the following video with Grazell, delving a little deeper into how she’s found the role so far, and what it’s like to be part of the growing Firemind team.
