In our usual fashion, we gave Phodi a bit of time to get comfortable in his new role before firing up our newest member questions. Let’s get to know the latest addition to our ever growing consultancy.

Welcome to Firemind Phodi! To our viewers, could you tell us a little about yourself and your professional background?

Sure! I’m primarily from a recruitment background with some time in software sales. About three and a half years now within those roles. I’ve also been involved in my family’s restaurant business.

So, what made you make the switch to Firemind?

I’ve know the founders of the business for quite some time, and after speaking with them and getting a clear understanding of the company’s plans, it’s ambitions for growth, and the ethos of it’s strong supportive culture, I knew it was the right move to join.

Which areas of the business interested you the most?

The role I’ve taken gives me the opportunity to get exposure to the many departments and areas of the business, but the future plans and ideas for growth certainly intrigued me, and I jumped at the chance to help on that journey.

What will be your main goals/objectives whilst working at Firemind?

That’s an easy one! To fill the office with some of the most talented individuals in the cloud sector.

Whilst I’ve only been here a short period, I’ve already secured a graduate their first role and I loved seeing their excitement!

Outside of work, what do you get up to?

I’m a big golfer, taking regular trips to my local course. I’m also a Tottenham Hotspur supporter and have been a season ticket holder for quite some time. If I’m not golfing or watching football, you’ll usually find me socialising with friends.
